SET Up
Bay Coffee Company can help you with the complete setting up process. We will advise you on the right equipment for your cafe, together with all the accessories needed, and the best blend of coffee to suit your needs.
Problem Solving
We’re here to help whenever issues arise. Our technicians provide prompt repairs when breakdowns occur, and we offer regular servicing to keep everything in top condition.
Installations/Training
We install the equipment for you, and give full training on set up. However the training does not end there - we will continue to train your baristas as required. Our aim is to help you produce exceptional coffee, that will have your customers coming back for more.
Communication
We contact you every Monday or Tuesday to find out your requirements for the week, and deliver the same day (if local) or the next day by courier (except Rural).
